The apartment has been decorated to a high standard with holiday makers in mind. Another benefit of staying here is that this property is within easy walking distance of Broadstairs' town centre and all its restaurants, shops and places of interest. Broadstairs has a vibrant music scene which really takes off during February's Blues week-end and the internationally famous Folk week in August. Throughout the year a varied calendar of events suits all tastes and ages.

There is a private entrance door to a storm porch, lounge/diner with Sky TV (basic package), fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double, one twin and bathroom with a double shower. This property has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. There is free Wi Fi and gas central heating. Children can stay by arrangement. Currently there is no cot or high chair available. Pets are not allowed. A £200 deposit is
required.

Please note there are steps to the front door and it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The apartment is not wheelchair friendly. Strictly no smoking allowed.

The artist's residency is the perfect base from which to explore Margate on foot! Getting around

Margate is just 90 minutes by train, from London St Pancras. In 2019 this will only be a 60-minute journey, once the Ashford to Margate line is completed! For those travelling by car, Margate is accessed via the A28 and M2. There are no parking restrictions in Trinity Square and it's often possible to find free parking right outside the Coach House. Whilst staying in Margate, I can't recommend enough visiting the stunning, sandy beaches of which there are 14 and include Broadstairs, Botany Bay, Joss Bay, Walpole Bay to just name a few. The Kent coastline is beautiful and can be explored by car, bus or rail. Fancy cycling? There is also a scenic cycle route – the Viking Coastal Trail. There is further information about the beaches in your guide book inside the property, highlighting which beaches are best for surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, bodyboard private lessons, kayaking, and even scuba diving! Inside the manual, you'll find info on which beaches allow dogs, which beaches have lifeguards/cafes and restaurants.

Other things to note

Whilst the property is the perfect holiday home for couples, it is also well equipped for families. - Two travel cots with mattresses and sheets (available on request) - Two high chair (available on request) - Black out blind in mezzanine bedroom Dogs are welcome and will love their stay too.
